Although detailed information about both the Samsung notebooks is currently not available, Samsung has however confirmed that the their 13.4 inch Q320 notebook comes in NVIDIA GeForce G105M GPU including a slot load DVD drive while the other 15.6 inch R552 notebook features SuperSilent Mode with a latest medical technology.
